Artificial intelligence is transforming health care, including medication use. AI and machine learning are being leveraged to identify, understand, and engage patients in their medication use. Effectively used, it can help close gaps in care and address disparities. Generative AI, with its ability to create tailored educational content, personalized messaging, and predictive analytics, offers innovative solutions for patient engagement, adherence, and strategies for healthy behaviors. Predictive AI, on the other hand, plays a crucial role in identifying at-risk patients, forecasting medication needs, and improving outcomes through data-driven insights.

PQA Convenes: Artificial Intelligence in Medication Use Quality will bring PQA members and the health technology community together to explore AI and quality in medication use. This one-day event will take place on Thursday, November 13, 2025, in Arlington, Va., prior to the 2025 PQA Leadership Summit.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be e-mailed to Registration@PQAalliance.org by October 20, 2025, to receive a refund. All cancellations are subject to a $50.00 administrative fee. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations received after October 20, 2025, but you may switch the registration until November 3, 2025. No changes are allowed after November 3, 2025. Please allow 30 business days after cancellation for refund processing.

PQA has secured a block of guest rooms at a special daily rate of $289.00 plus applicable state and local taxes at the Renaissance Arlington Capital View Hotel. The deadline to reserve a room at the PQA room rate is Tuesday, October 14, 2025.

Hotel Cancellation Policy: Individual reservations must be canceled at least 72 hours in advance to avoid a one-night penalty.

Hotel Early Departure Policy: Upon early departure, an early departure of one night's room and applicable tax applies.

Reagan National Airport (DCA) is approximately 10 minutes from the Renaissance Arlington Capital View Hotel. Taxi fare is estimated to be $15.
Dulles Airport (IAD) is approximately 45 minutes from the Renaissance Arlington Capital View Hotel. Taxi fare is estimated to be $70.

Complimentary Shuttle to DCA and Crystal City Metro

Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA) Shuttle:

The airport shuttle operates every 30 minutes; the first shuttle departs the hotel at 5:05 a.m. daily and with the last shuttle departing the hotel at 11:05 p.m.

Terminal A ,near Southwest, Air Canada, and Frontier
Terminal B, and Door 4 and between Door 6 & 7

The Metro shuttle to Crystal City Metro:

The Metro shuttle operates every 30 minutes; the first Metro shuttle departs the hotel at 6:30 a.m. daily with the last Metro shuttle departing the hotel at 10:00 p.m.

On-Site Parking is $44 for daily parking and $23 for hourly. Valet parking is available for $49 daily.
